What's it like booking a shoot with Kat Haus Photography?
Making an appointment with Kat Haus Photography is super easy! Just click the button below and send me a message telling me what kind of shoot you are looking to collaborate on and I can discuss available locations, expected outcomes, if you need a hair/makeup artist, etc.
"where are you located?"
Kat Haus Studio is located in the beautiful city of Orange, CA which is about 10 mins from Disneyland in Anaheim. I'm about 45 mins to downtown Los Angeles and 20 mins from the beach! Upon confirming your photo booking, I will give you the direct address.
"WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A SITTING FEE BEFORE MY SHOOT?"
A lot goes into each photo shoot with my clients. To make sure you have an amazing experience your sitting fee is a deposit that covers studio rentals/location shooting permits as needed by California Law, it covers insurance in case you are injured during the shoot, and covers having refreshments because you WILL break a sweat while posing. The sitting fee guarantees that all the expenses are covered for making your photoshoot happen and is nonrefundable.
"Do I need my hair and makeup done?"
Having your hair and makeup done gives you the feeling of being pampered before your luxury photoshoot. It's an add on service that you can choose at the time of your booking. It is highly recommended because you will look your absolute best, give you a confidence boost, and all of that will be captured on the camera.

I totally understand. That’s why I offer payment plans to make a luxury portrait experience manageable for any budget. This is an experience that you will cherish for your lifetime and you’ll be able to look back at your pictures and cherish the memories and experience for years to come. Photos tend to be one of the most valuable items passed down in families to this day.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PICTURES?!
After photographing clients for over 5 years, I’m confident that you will be thrilled with the finished product. However, if for any reason you’re unsatisfied you may opt out of purchasing your photos, but your deposit is nonrefundable.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO THE SHOOT?
You are welcome to bring a guest, either a friend or significant other. We ask that you inform me of the guest BEFORE the shoot, and please limit it to one person as I have limited shooting space. They may wait in the waiting room during your session.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO THE VIEWING OF MY PHOTOS?
AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED, WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE MORE FOR THE SHOOT IN THE FUTURE?
Yes, you may bring one person with you to the viewing. Please make sure they know to be on time and there are strictly NO CELL PHONES allowed during the viewing. You are welcome to bring a guest, either a friend or significant other. I ask that you inform me of the guest BEFORE the viewing, and please limit it to one person as I have limited space. They may wait in the waiting room during your session.

Unfortunately, no. We do one viewing and ordering session. With storage restraints, I can only keep the images you purchase.
DO YOU INCLUDE HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH MAKEOVERS?

If you would like hair extensions for your photos, you’ll need to arrive with them already installed and the studio hair artist will style them in with your natural hair.

Absolutely!! Lingerie is NOT the only way to look and feel sexy! You can do a boudoir shoot wearing a dress, robe, button-up, a pin-up outfit, etc. Let us know if you are interested in a more in-depth wardrobe consultation.

The corresponding digitals come with any collection you purchase. You may opt out of the product for just the files, but the price will remain the same. (So why would you?! Don’t be silly!!)
And no, I never release or give clients my RAW files. EVER. It is not a reflection of my finished work.
